The Small Print

All orders will be dispatched by 1st class registered post, or by courier (FEDEX - a signature is required), within 1 to 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will email/contact you to inform you about any unexpected delays.

Postage is Free Within the UK*

 

Next day 'special delivery' is available at an additional cost. To arrange for next day delivery telephone our sales team on 01733 246473 to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders must be received before 12PM, however please call if ordering later and we will do our best to help. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK.

 

Please email/call if you live outside of the UK, or in the UK 'Highlands & Islands' and we will discuss options with you.

National Installation Service

 

Please contact us to discuss your installation requirements and we will arrange for a national company, who only use qualified fitters & guarantee their work, to visit your location and complete the work. Cost will depend upon your location, the number of systems/cameras that require installing and any special requirements (i.e. the removal of internal panels to hide power cables, rather than the use of sticky-back conduit). As an example, the approximate cost to fit a single camera system would be in the region of £149 (+VAT).

By Phone: All major credit/debit cards are accepted over the phone except Amex; please contact us to arrange payment.

By Post/BACS: Please contact us to arrange.

 

Returns

 

To return or cancel a purchase, please contact our sales team on 01733 246473. A full refund will be given if the items are returned undamaged and in original/reasonable packaging (to prevent any shipping damage). Please note that if you change your mind / cancel or return the order, we may not be able to refund the processing fees depending on the payment method (as the 3rd party providers do not refund these fees). Additionally, if the return is a 'change of mind' / 'no longer required' etc then the refund will also be less our original P&P fees (as well as any 3rd party payment fees). Alternatively a full value Credit Note can be provided.

 

If you have any technical difficulties contact the sales team and we will endeavour to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Please return unwanted items using a method that provides proof of postage; we recommend ‘Special Delivery’ as this service also includes insurance. We are unable to refund postage costs, unless the returned items are defective.

 

Please send proof of postage costs with any returned (faulty) items. All products include at least a 12 month warranty.
